- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff is incredibly rude. They lack severely in compassion for patients. I highly recommend going some place else. This place will make you worse and even wanna slit your wrist. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪As I said for the Plainfield location, I've been working with Dr. Borders for 9 or 10 years. I've never had any trouble with him or his office staff (most know me by name, now.) There have been times that I've been stuck in traffic or snow and they've accommodated me. Once I got my appointment times mixed up and when I got to the office Dr. Borders came back in to see me!
